This tract consists of 158.5± acres. There is approximately 45.88 acres of grass pasture, pond, some timber with 3.48 acres with the improvements and balance in cropland. The county FSA information is combined with Tract 2. Farm Service Information: 268.30 DCP cropland acres with full wheat base and 32 bushel yield.
